Welcome to THE INK COLLAB® website. The site is provided as a service to our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions for utilizing or accessing the Ink Collab’s website to utilize our services, purchase products, & obtain any and all information.

Your use of this site is considered as your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth. We have the the right to update or modify terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. For this reason, we encourage you to review terms and conditions whenever you use any of this site and services provided.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site, nor our services.

By placing an order with THE INK COLLAB® you are agreeing to all terms of service set forth:

-You acknowledge we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

-Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

-THE INK COLLAB® has right to distribute and make use of any and all digital & physical products purchased, to be used in and/or for any lawful promotional materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration to buyer. Facial features will not be shown at client’s request.

-Designs are strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Items produced are not for commercial use. You may not forward, share, alter, sell or distribute any file(s), in whole or in part.

-THE INK COLLAB® owns the rights to all custom graphics produced for all orders. Any purchased design may not be resold, altered, added to another design, or reproduced in any manner without prior written permission from the Ink Collab.

-Any issues with your order must be reported within 3 business days of receiving it.

-Colors vary based on computer monitors, there may be a variance in color(s) once printed than digital copies viewed on screen.

-Due to the digital and/or customization nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, nor returns under any circumstance.

-Image quality greatly depends on the type of photo that is sent. If the photo sent is low resolution, your photo could possibly print blurry and decrease the overall product print quality. We are not responsible for image editing for resolution issues. Only send high resolution photos for best image print quality. All images are to be emailed to info@theinkcollab.com only with order number added to the subject line. We will not request photos, it is your responsibility to request photo additions to your purchased product.  

-Design turnaround times are based on order due date and design workload. After we complete your requested design, we will deliver proof(s) via email ONLY. A max of two (2) revision sessions are allowed, complete redesign excluded. Revisions include only minor color adjustments, clip art placement, and text revision. Complete redesigns or extra revision sessions are available for purchase.

-Production time is typically 10 business days depending upon product, quantity, complexity of design, and fulfillment capacity AFTER proof approval. This does not include shipping times. Please contact us BEFORE ordering if you need a speedy turnaround.


-Please review proof(s) sent for text and grammar errors - we cannot be held responsible for any errors once the items have been approved and digitally delivered. Once proof has been approved, custom cannot make any changes unless extra revisions are purchased.

-If purchaser does not respond to proof email after 2nd attempt at contact, item(s) will deliver as is and THE INK COLLAB® will not be liable revision request, nor delays in shipping OR your order will be refunded LESS design + processing fee(s).

- THE INK COLLAB® will not hold any responsibility in production/shipping delays due to delayed proof approval(s). Customer will also hold responsibility for any expedited shipping fees due to approval delay, if necessary.

-Orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Standard Shipping (2 - 5 business day; excluding holidays and weekends delivery based on location). Unless expedited shipping is purchased. We don't ship to PO Boxes. Shipping excludes holidays and weekends.

-THE INK COLLAB® is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages or weather delivery delays. Once package has been successfully delivered to the shipping carrier, ownership of package is transferred to the carrier to transfer to the buyer. THE INK COLLAB® is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier due to customer entered incorrect shipping information. Please triple check your shipping address BEFORE completing order submission.

-Our booking calendar changes day to day, availability is only good for a limited time. “Spots” cannot be held without any payment made.
